Alvyri AB is registered with Inspektionen för vård och omsorg (IVO) as a Swedish health-care provider. Registration ID VE-2019-045816 (Alvyri AB, org.nr 559024-7952), verksamhetskod I02 — Allmän hälso- och sjukvård. Telemedicine for offshore/maritime crews operates under this registration.

Insurance

Patient injury insurance + professional indemnity

Patient-injury insurance (patientskadeförsäkring) is in force as required by Swedish patient law. Professional indemnity for individual clinicians is in place via the Swedish Medical Association framework. Insurance confirmation can be sent on request as part of any procurement process.

GDPR

EU data residency, patient-data discipline

All identifying patient data lives in Alvyri Core, our in-house clinical system — EU-hosted, PDL-compliant, with an immutable audit log. No patient data in email or SMS, ever. We provide a DPA template that names the data flow explicitly and survives procurement legal review.

MDR posture

Software-as-medical-device posture

Alvyri Crew is a clinical service, not a medical device. The tools we use to deliver it (Alvyri Core for journalling, secure video for tier 2/3) are assessed against MDR scope. Where any component qualifies as a medical device, we document the classification and CE-marking path. We do not ship undeclared SaMD.

SLA

What we promise. What we don't.

Phase 1 Foundation tier: business-hours direct response target under 5 minutes, plus automatic 112-escalation out of hours. Phase 2 Tier 1–3 covers 24/7 advisory with named response targets. We document every commitment in the contract and report SLA performance monthly. We will not market 24/7 we cannot deliver.

Standards we work against

GWO, MLC, STCW, SOSFS 2011:9

Our medical kits and training are graded against TSFS 2021:80 (Swedish fartygsapoteksregler), WHO IMGS, and ICS Medical Guide for Seafarers. First-aider training is GWO-aligned for offshore wind. Our quality management runs against SOSFS 2011:9 (Swedish healthcare quality framework).
