    Within 2 business days. What we heard, where we think we fit, and an indicative number for budget planning.

    Formal proposal (if there's a fit)

    Within 5 business days. Scope, SLA, pricing, DPA, insurance summary, compliance statement.

    Contract + onboarding

    60-day onboarding: account setup, kit specification, drill scheduling. We do not bill until the line is live.
