Alvyri Crew is a brand of Alvyri AB. This policy covers this website. Clinical services delivered under the brand are governed by the agreement with your organisation and, where applicable, by the Swedish Patient Data Act.
1. Data controller
Alvyri AB, org. no. 559024-7952, Årstaskogs väg 9A, 117 56 Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller for personal data processed on alvyricrew.com.

2. What we collect
Contact requests: the enquiry form does not submit to our servers. It opens a draft in your own email client, prefilled with the name, email, company and details you entered. We receive that information only if you choose to send the email, and we then process it to answer you.
Analytics: with your consent we use Google Analytics to measure aggregate site usage. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer. Without consent no analytics script is loaded.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request metadata in server logs, which is necessary to deliver and secure the site.
3. Legal basis
Answering enquiries: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Server logs and security: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
Email correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship requires and is then deleted, unless accounting or other legal obligations require longer retention.
Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
5. Processors and transfers
Vercel (hosting) and Google (analytics, only with consent) process data on our behalf. Transfers outside the EU/EEA, where they occur, rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses under Chapter V GDPR.
The processors used to deliver the clinical service are listed in the data processing agreement provided to customers.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
